Adam Beswick

Adam has been in the horticultural and landscaping industry since 2003 where he was first employed as a nursery hand at a local wholesale nursery in Perth, Western Australia.

Here he worked part time whilst studying for his Cert IV / Diploma of Environmental Science at Leederville TAFE.

While he was completing his studies he joined specialised wholesale nursery WPF, where he gained valuable knowledge about growing Australian native species commercially.

In 2007 whilst working full-time at WPF he met his future wife and business partner Genaea.

This same year Adam decided to follow his passions and move into the Landscaping industry.

By sheer chance, through mutual contacts, Adam became apprentice to renowned local landscaper and Japanese garden expert Eiji Morozumi.

Through hard work and determination Adam completed his apprenticeship at “Japanese Landscaping Pty Ltd” to become a fully qualified landscaper and became the preferred subcontractor to Morozumi san for construction and maintenance works.

During this time he was involved in creating a very special garden in 2009 that subsequently won the 2010 LIAWA (Landscape Industry Association of WA) award for excellence in the “Landscaper of the Year” and “Sustainable Landscapes” divisions.

Adam realised his potential soon after this career highlight and made the logical decision to start his own landscape design and construction business.

Adam and Genaea have been creating gardens of distinction since 2010 in Perth, W.A and in Southern Tasmania since 2013.

When Adam isn’t designing and creating gardens he is usually busy being a dad to his two children and practices Japanese martial arts in his spare time.
